How the referral scheme works

Email us at info@theracketroom.co.uk and tell us a bit about yourself — where you coach and who you coach. We'll set you up as a partner coach.
Get your personal code
We'll give you your own referral code. Share it with your players whenever a racket comes up in a lesson — or whenever they're thinking about a change.
Your players demo a racket
When a player books a 7-day demo and enters your code at checkout, the booking is linked to you. They get the same great price — the code simply tells us you sent them.
We pay you a fee
For every completed demo booking made with your code, we pay you a referral fee. The more players you recommend, the more you earn — it's that simple.

Who can join?
Any tennis coach — whether you're at a club, a school, or coaching privately. If you work with players who might want to try a racket before buying, we'd love to hear from you.
How much is the fee?
We'll agree the fee with you when you join. Get in touch and we'll talk you through the current rates.
Does it cost my players anything extra?
Not a penny. Your players pay the standard £20 demo price (with a second racket half price). Your fee comes from us, not from them.
How do I get paid?
We keep a record of every booking made with your code and pay out your fees regularly. We'll agree the details with you when you sign up.
